Glory: common as john legend. The power line that I have chosen is " Selma is now for every woman and child. This is important to me because it is telling us that Selma use to be for only little people and now that Martin Luther King made a change to the world and to the city that they lived in. This is also important to me because it is telling the history behind everything that happens in the world and in there part where they lived.

The song I chose is called Raised by Wolves, by U2. My power line for this song is "Raised by wolves, stronger than fear" because there was bombing in Dublin, Ireland. They were scared, but then when they came back they weren't afraid anymore. They also wrote this to lift the hearts of the people in Dublin who's families suffered during these events.

I think "rise up" by Andra Day is a commentary song because it is saying if you don't have a lot of power then you should have more and get the same amount of power as everybody else.
